Kintsugi began in 15th-century Japan — a practice of mending broken ceramics with lacquer and gold, transforming damage into the most visible, most celebrated part of the piece. It is not restoration. It is continuation. 金継ぎ起源于15世纪的日本——以漆修补破损器物，再覆以金粉，让裂痕成为作品最醒目、最被珍视的部分。这不是复原，而是延续。

We use raw urushi and real gold — not because it is harder, but because we believe in wabi-sabi: that imperfection, age, and the marks of time are not flaws to be hidden, but truths to be honoured. A repaired piece should tell the truth about what it has been through. Anything less is just paint. 我们使用生漆与真金粉——不是因为这条路更难走，而是因为我们信奉侘寂（wabi-sabi）：残缺、岁月、时间留下的痕迹，不是需要掩盖的瑕疵，而是值得被尊重的真实。一件修复后的器物，应该诚实地承载它所经历的一切。用别的方式，不过是涂了层漆。

Pieces shattered into 20+ tiny fragments, severe under-glaze loss, hairline-thin bone china that's delaminated, or modern composite ceramics with fiberglass cores — these usually aren't good kintsugi candidates. Yes. We'll send you a packing guide first (double bubble wrap + rigid box + inner padding). Pos Laju or DHL both work — we recommend insured shipping. Yes. We use kijomi-urushi (refined raw lacquer) — once fully cured, it's food-safe and chemically inert (the same lacquer used on traditional Japanese tableware for centuries). The key word is "fully cured": we only deliver after the complete curing period, so it's ready to use the day you receive it. 可以。我们用的是精製生漆（kijomi-urushi），完全固化后即为食品级（日本传统漆器用的就是这种漆）。关键是"完全固化后" — 我们交付时已过完整养护期，可直接使用。
Three rules: no dishwasher, no microwave, no prolonged soaking. Hand-wash with warm water and a soft cloth. Over years of use, the gold lines may slowly deepen in tone — that's the lacquer and gold oxidising naturally. It's not damage, it's a new layer of story. 三件事：不进洗碗机、不进微波炉、不要长时间泡在水里。手洗、温水、软布即可。金线在长年使用中会自然变深 — 那是漆与金氧化的痕迹，不是损坏，是新一层故事。
