arrive whole

• First, wrap the piece gently in soft tissue or cotton cloth — this protects the surface from bubble wrap imprints
• Then wrap in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap, securing with tape
• Wrap lids or separate parts individually
• Collect all loose fragments in a zip-lock bag and include them in the box

• Line the bottom with at least 5 cm of filler (crumpled paper, foam peanuts, or foam sheets)
• Place the wrapped piece in the centre of the box
• Fill all sides and top — the piece should not shift when shaken
• For antiques, double-box: place this box inside a larger box with extra padding
• Seal all seams with multiple strips of packing tape
